After a major flood in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, Gary A. Poborsky purchased one used septic truck to help pump flooded basements, perform storm and sanitary pipe TV inspections, and support cleanup efforts. From those humble beginnings in 1977, Gary and Rose Poborsky founded GAP Pollution and Environmental Control, Inc.
